For years when I would take my car to the car wash and use a high pressure washer afterwards my right hand will feel weak and if I make a fist it will shake uncontrollably. Could this be water weight? My blood pressure was 130 79 so they waited and took it again and it went down to 123 70 I also had high protein levels they told me that I was dehydrated however I do not believe that I was I drank a whole pitcher 2 quarts of lemon aid within 24 hours of my appointment. I am concerned that they are watching me for pre eclampsia but not telling me about it because they don t want to worry me.

I would recommend calling your doctor this week to let them know what s going on to see if this can wait til next month. I am 5 7 and my pre pregnancy weight was 165 I gained 3 pounds in my first trimester 168 at 12 weeks I gained 3 pounds at my next appointment 171 at 16 weeks I gained 9 pounds at my next appointment 180 at 21 weeks. I know that the first part is normal however I am concerned about gaining 9 pounds in one month. I am constantly hungry but I do make sure that it is small portions many times throughout the day.
